Mars Attack!
Confession of an embarrassed mind:
Was hoping to see through the telescopes at sci-centre last night but of cos, there were 100 000 people in front of me. Ha! Silly idea, come to think of it. Well at least we weren't caught on photos! Looking thru' a friend's binoculars was the closest i got to mars-gazing -- which we could have done anywhere else. Actually, we did Q up (supposedly shortest Q of all) for their telescope for about 30mins or so... except when we were only about 5 more bo-liao people away from the telescope, clouds rolled in and lightening flashed (now we were looking at this part of the sky that was opposite Mars instead); we decided to be quitters and go makan. The people behind us must have been specially grateful that the rowdy group making silly jokes about almost everything left -- for about 5 mins at least... before it poured. HA!!! :D
I guess HubbleSite would be the next best option to seeing it with your own eyes. [Anyway i think Mars doesn't look very spectacular.. except for the ice cap part. Saturn looked much better with the disc. Hmm.. maybe i should add 'telescope' to my wish list...keke!]
Meduhlion
Comedy. Supernaturally funny. I'm not talking about laughing with it... rather, laughing at it. Cliche, cheesy, stereotypical, kinda boring. Ha!! I hope i wun get sued for bringing down its box-office rating.
