Just heard news from a really nice colleague that she's quitting end of this month. Irregular and long hours coupled with family commitments (she's single, just that she has to help take care of things at home) were two major factors for her decision. And she has only been there for about 2-3 months... Thought we could foster some nice friendship but i guess... Otherwise, she would have been one of the few malay friends i have, besides being one of the few people whom i can share what i truly feel about the things there.
