Itinerary

Now that my slacking-time has a "deadline tag" (i quote a friend) attached, i feel that i'm on a mission to spend these two weeks playing to the max. Strange. People will always treasure things more when they see the end of it.

Anyway, places i wana go to & things i wana do:

- Watch horse racing @ the Turf Club
(next race: 10 August 2003 - Singapore Triple Crown.
This series links the Queen Elizabeth II Cup (2,000m), Raffles Cup (1,800m) and Singapore Gold Cup (2,200m). The owner of the horse that wins two of the three races will get a $50,000 bonus, while the owner of the horse that wins all three races will get a $300,000.) --- whatever....

- Zoo

- Birdpark

- Watch "Home Run"
(Catch the Iranian film "Children of Heaven" which inspired the local version of the story on Arts Central, 6 August 10pm.)

- Badminton

- HRC on Wednesday

- Read by the sea

- Museum
(Interrupt >>

An exhibition of interventions, interactivity and the internet, Interrupt presents a cross-section of artist practices engaging in technologies and media. In contemporary culture, we are surrounded by media representations and our lives are augmented by various technologies. Reflecting upon our digital engagements, the exhibition takes a look at the aesthetics of media and code, realpolitik of technologies, imagined spaces and utopian dreams.)

- Shop

- Omni-theatre
(Coral Reef Adventure >>

The team logged an incredible 2,421 dives and 2,800 hours in the water to bring viewers the most amazing and spectacular underwater footage ever filmed. Coral Reef Adventure is as close as viewers will ever get to the intense challenges and rewards of ocean exploration.)

For now. Any takers?
