Friday!

I've finally applied for leave! WoOohOoo! Not going anywhere outta Singapore although I really should.. But oh well, i'm glad at least i have somewhere to go to on one of the two off days. Given that i'm taking leave on a Friday and on the following Monday, and that Vesak Day is on the following, following Wed, it means that i'm only working a 4-day week for the next THREE weeks! Yey. :)

Wow, i wanna get a GPS unit someday. GPS owners over the world play this game called 'Geocaching', which is like an international hide-and-seek treasure hunt. Very interesting. Items get hidden in a 'cache' (can be a box/bucket i think) and placed in a particular location; cache owners report their treasure online; people use their GPS units to find the item, take it, put something else in it, and sign a logbook. Some people attach a note to the item, requesting finders to move it to another cache until it has travelled around the world! In fact, people are playing it here too. Hee.

And something pretty cruel but funny on ebay. You can really buy anything online these days.
