My Latest Toy

Introducing my latest sporting interest... my first pair of blades - accompanied by my inaugural fall on my butt.. :(
Besides serving the purpose of (hopefully) toning my bod, a "portion" of the proceeds goes to supporting breast cancer research in Canada (See the pink ribbon? Cute!). But slightly over my initial budget and I just realised it ships for free if I'd purchased online at about 20 bucks cheaper. Oh well, adds up to be about the same 'cos I'd have rented if I hadn't bought it today and I got 50% off my gear. Heh. God's good! :P

And now, I need to put on Determination gear to get the wheels rollin' and seasoned!
